Computer has been down for awhile (and before that my general joie de vivre) and now that both are on the upswing, I'm gonna try again to make a concerted effort to get this blog thing back on the regular. This will be made easier in that I did not get TAship this summer and am working on my thesis in the privacy of my own home all summer. Sparetiem a-plenty.
Wentt to BJ's unofficial all-guy stag last night. Not many people there. We ate meat at Memphis Blues (6 of us made short work of the elvis). Then back to Sinister Sam's place to be depressed by watcing the most horrifying porn out there. It started with some japanese faux-reality gameshow porn called Battle Rape in which two girls battle it out trying to strip each other in a shallow pool of lube. The loser gets raped by 20 guys. Here's hoping it was fake, although I'm pretty sure it was. Seriously fucked up, but also lacking in any kind of pacing/build so we all got bored. On to this video comp of some of the most fucked up torture and piss/shit eating porn out there. Gross. The shit-eating got my gag reflex going. (Learned a new word: Stalloning. It's when you're shitting into a girl's mouth and she gives the log a psuedo-blowjob. shudder.) Then we watched Mad Foxes, a eurotrash flick that's unbelieveably funny and quite disturbing. I have to get me a Stingray like themain character's. Then some Giallo and Zombie flicks beforeheading home. MIssed the last bus before the night buses so I walked a LONG way home. Current Obsessions: Still loving the Bloc Party. The new Sole album is quite good. Just finished Season 2 of the West Wing. That show is really well put together. The pacing, the intelligence. Just plain awesome. Maybe I'll rent season 3 soon. |
